I recently, received a strange e-mail from a student working on a project, suggesting that our business is falsifying our customer reviews. I knew that we were not and thought it might be of importance to share with you a little over 7000 words that our customers have used to describe their shopping and buying experiences. The BBC Motorsports team takes great pride in how we relate to our customers and the total effort we put into making the process fun, fair, timely and transparent. Years ago my college English professor took me on as a project, demanding the use of descriptive adjectives in my writing exercises. These are some of the adjectives and descriptors used by customers when describing their experiences with BBC Motorsports: pleasant, enjoyable, easy, quick, excellent, fun, great, honest, helpful, best, professional, thankful, awesome, amazing, exceptional, comfortable, smoothly, exceeded expectations, trust worthy, and would recommend. We’ve highlighted some of these to show their frequency. Grammatical errors were left uncorrected for authenticity.

Bought a Lexus from Deuce.Used to do business with Daniel before so I had seen their whole process, from buffing and cleaning the car to maintenance on the car and taking care of any issues before selling you a car. Neal is the finance manager who knows his banks and when it came to financing he made it happen for me with no issues and quick!
I could not be more satisfied with Austin and Jason at BBC. My daughter graduated from college and got a great job so naturally the next step was to get a new car. She lives in Florida and my wife and I live in Mississippi. She saw a 2008 BMW X3 on the BBC site that looked in great condition. We did everything with BBC over the phone and text message. Austin took every neurotic personal call and text from me and Jason (The Owner) put the deal together. We received the car last night by auto transport, just 7 days after first talking about the car. I have so many great things to say about BBC Motorsports! Neal and Jarrett answered my questions directly and went the extra mile to get me the information I needed. The entire experience was quick and painless. Before I even came in to check out the vehicle I emailed some questions/concerns I had, Neal answered every one without any “sales games”. I took the car in for a pre-purchase inspection and they encouraged me to do so. The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). They even recommended a great place for me to get my brakes done and oil changed. I’ll definitely do business with them again.

I am typically not a fan of dealers - I have had better luck with one-owner, slightly used vehicles or in some cases, certified pre-owned. But I do my research. I was looking for a nice Toyota Tundra and wasn't really in a hurry. But I found an AMAZING custom one for sale by owner. Tried to contact the owner several ways but to no avail. I finally got an email that it had been sold. I was devastated. I couldn't really find anything but basic stock vehicles that didn't interest me after that, so I opened my search to include dealer inventory and limited my search to exactly what I wanted. And POOF! There it was! The very same vehicle that I wanted a week before! Exactly that vehicle! Instead now it was at BBC Motorsports. What is that? So I googled and found that it is an indoor showroom that was less than 1/2 mile from my office. I was there a few minutes after they opened at 10 on Friday. I drove off with my truck that afternoon. Neal was amazing. Everything went like clockwork. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of vehicle. They know their stuff and the transaction is personal. It is as far from a typical dealership and all of their tactics as you can get. I am very pleased with them and I absolutely LOVE my truck!

BEST and EASIEST car buying experience ever. I searched online high and low for the perfect truck for my husband and BBC had the lowest prices as well as best quality vehicles as far as I could tell. I filled out the credit application online and after we went to their location and test drove the vehicle we were there for MAYBE another 30 minutes before the truck was ours and we drove off the lot. I highly recommend BBC Motorsports in Dallas. They are not the "typical" dealership. I worked with Jarret, but all the employees I encountered were professional and prompt. No pressure at all, nada! They even stayed late for me to come test drive, then buy. There was a reason I had not purchased a car in 15 years -- working with BBC was a breath of fresh air and they made my purchase a zip. I would buy from them again.
I received FIVE STAR customer service from day one! As an older professional woman I was treated like a Queen. I was carefully walked through the financing process and also given suggestions as to how to pay my car off earlier which would eventually save me thousands. I have done business with BBC Motorsports for about 3 years now and I can tell you that you will not find another dealership like it. Take what you know about the car buying process and experience and throw it out the window, because BBC is unlike any other dealership. I would name names of the men and women that work there that have been great to deal with, but the truth is all of them treat you like family and make it a very easy and enjoyable experience. Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle I can call up there and without hesitation they are willing and able to help me or guide me in the right direction. I appreciate everything BBC has done to make my auto situation better and would choose them over anybody in the industry.

We had an excellent experience with BBC. My initial contact was with Jarret and we all but had the deal done on the phone before I stepped into the dealership. Austin helped me the day I test-drove the truck and he was awesome to work with as well. I returned the next day to seal the deal and met with Jarret. We got the deal done and it was a smooth process. In and out within an hour. I also had an issue a week later with the vehicle that could not have been prevented by the dealership, outside of driving it daily. They were quick to resolve the issue with no questions asked. We had the best buying experience with Jason from BBC. We looked at used BMWs at several different places, and BBC was by far the most professional, pleasant and honest. The showroom is extremely nice and clean. We will absolutely return to BBC for our next purchase.
I had been scouring the sites looking for a quality used car and was exhausted of the usual dealer mojo when I found BBC Motorsports. My initial phone conversation with Jason left me feeling confident that I was working with someone of integrity...which is pretty rare in the car biz. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and at ease. We walked in with our financing already in place so that was one element that was wrapped up but Jason made the rest of the process easy and straightforward. We bought the vehicle we wanted and drove away feeling great about our purchase and the dealer we chose. We now feel like we have an ally for all of our automotive needs which feels good to me. Because I consider BBC Motorsports as a group of good and honest folks (right down to their viewpoint of how to take care of their employees), they will have my business and I recommend others consider doing business with them. We need more businesses like this.
As the previous reviewer posted my experience was with Neil and Austin. Came up to DFW on a Saturday from Houston and they stayed open past their 4PM close time to make the sale. They put on a cartoon for my kids to watch while my wife and I did the paperwork. Neil is great at explaining each section of the paperwork in detail just to make sure everyone is on the same page. He even made sure the headphones that came with the vehicle were located so the kids could watch movies on the way home. Don't let the area of town fool you. The showroom is clean, very organized and well stocked with great cars. I've purchased new and used cars in the past and when it comes to experience dealing with them I can say that when I start to buy my next vehicle I will be looking at these guys first. Great experience dealing with BBC Motorsports! I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle (it's stressful buying a vehicle off the internet sight unseen and not knowing the dealership). Knowing what I know now I wouldn't be afraid to purchase and ship a vehicle from BBC. It was a used vehicle and like all used vehicles there were some defects and wear but Jason was very forth coming with the imperfections and there was no surprises when my flight landed. He also went above and beyond honoring our verbal agreement while it took me a little extra time than planned to get my financing and travel plans in place ( which, if i had to guess, is why Vince left a bad review because we were going after the same vehicle I think). They also stayed there for me after hours due to a very long and bad day of flight delays and problems which I felt was awesome of them so I didn't have to get a hotel room and I could start traveling home right away. The vehicle was fully serviced, cleaned, full tank of gas and ready to go the almost 1000 mile trip home when I got there. The moral of the story is I was very pleased with BBC Motorsports and would not hesitate, if you are a local or an out of state buyer shipping or driving the vehicle home, to buy a vehicle from them if they had something you wanted. We had a fantastic experience with BBC Motorsports. The entire process from first visit to driving off with the car was easy and comfortable. Jason and Mitch were extremely helpful and answered any questions about the car we had as well as taking time to answer general questions about other cars. They were very laid back and put no pressure on us to buy anything. They stayed late so that we could test drive the vehicle one night after work. They had the car ready for us to drive when we arrived. The next day when we went back to sign the paperwork, they had everything ready and we were in and out in less than a half hour. Would definitely buy another car from them and highly recommend them to anyone.
Jason and Mitch were both great to work with and so helpful - I highly recommend BBC Motorsports for anyone looking for a used car - very pleasant experience from the minute I walked in until driving off the lot in my "new" car! Very laid back atmosphere. Mitch spent over an hour with me after the sale helping me set up Bluetooth, navigation, etc.

If you are searching for a no-nonsense place to buy a car without the pressure of used car salesmen working for commission and prices that have to be bargained against to make them affordable, then BBC Motorsports is the place to go. The salesmen were incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get me any information I needed immediately. Not only was everyone honest, but on several occasions, anyone I spoke with was willing to go physically put eyes on the vehicle I wanted to tell me the exact shape it was in. For someone that is going to have to travel to even see the car, reliable phone and email conversations are truly helpful. The entire facility is indoors to make for a nice and comfortable viewing experience with no repercussions of inclement weather. With a fairly large inventory, I was surprised at how many cars they could fit in their facility. The buying part could not have been easier. My trade in was an easy transaction with a fair price. The vehicle I purchased was looked over, detailed and had the paint touched up before i drove it off the lot. They price the vehicles to sell so for someone that does not like to "wheel and deal" with the typical used car salesmen, this was a favorable interaction. At the end of the paperwork and after we shook hands, I learned that earlier that day I had actually lost my debit card. I called the salesman I had been working with and he made sure someone would be there to assist me even though they had already closed. When we still did not find my card, they told me they were more than happy to fill up my gas tank free of charge and and that they would promise me to keep an eye out for the missing card. Overall my experience was incredible and I will be using BBC Motorsports for every car/truck transaction from now on.

This is my second vehicle purchase with BBC Motorsports. Our family's first experience was 5 months ago to purchase a truck for my oldest son to take to college. We had found a truck he liked and came to look at it. The truck was in great shape and what he was looking for. However, a nicer truck was parked next too it and causing my son to drool. It was higher than we had budgeted for. Jason asked if we wanted to take it out for a spin. I didn't see any harm since we weren't going to go beyond our budget. We took it for a spin and it was very nice. We came back, test drove the original truck he was looking at and decided it would do. My wife went back to complete the deal. I got a text from her telling me that Jason had worked out a deal within what we had planned on the nicer truck and that we were going to surprise my son with it. When all the paperwork was done they took him out to the truck he originally came for and pretended that it was his new truck. Then they asked him to come see something in their warehouse and surprised him with the nicer truck. He was dumbstruck.It was great. Because of the great customer service, low pressure, good prices and good vehicle selection my son's girlfriend came out and her family bought her new car for college from BBC. This past week I came right back to BBC Motorsports when it came time for me to get a new truck. I had a 3/4 ton truck that I really liked but was now in needof a 1 ton. I looked at their inventory and found an awesome truck. Came out the next day and drove away with my new truck! They gave me a very fair amount on my trade-in and a great deal on the new truck. They are very open about their pricing policy so you know you are getting a great deal. When it comes time for us to replace my youngest son's vehicle you can bet we will be knocking on their door.
Out of State Purchase... Given BBC is in Texas and we're in California, needless to say we were a little leery of purchasing a car we'd never physically laid eyes on. I have to say, it was the best experience we've ever had in buying a car. The price on our Mercedes ML350 was fantastic and Jason was so awesome and made us feel so comfortable. He made sure we had the car checked out by a local service that comes to the dealership and goes through the whole car checking it out mechanically. Given that we bought the car, he paid for this service. Who does that?! Not only that, he went way beyond a typical used car dealership and paid to have a couple minor things fixed. Again, who does that?! Keep in mind, we NEVER saw anything but pictures of this car online. We set up the trucking of it to California, but Jason was more than willing to set it up for us. Our car arrived 2 days ago, and it's stunning!! Perfect inside and out, exactly as described. I can't say enough good things about how this transaction went down. From the ease of the paperwork, to receiving the car, we will diffidently be returning when our 1997 4Runner takes a crap. Thanks Jason and the whole BBC crew who made this happen for us.

There is so much to say about our experience at BBC Motorsports! My husband and I have been to various dealerships to find the exact vehicle we wanted and just never got that warm fuzzy feeling anywhere. When we found the vehicle we wanted online, my husband went to check it out & Jason was the one who helped him. I was working and they let him drive it over to me to make sure I loved it! Bought a Ford F150 from BBC Motorsports 3 years ago.Worked out great.Checking back now on their website for a truck for my son. I immediately noticed all off the "5-star" ratings. Anyone unfamiliar with BBC Motorsports might be suspicious of so many "5-star" reviews. I might have been so myself if I didn't know first hand that BBC deserves this rating. Best auto buying experience I've ever had. Very professional dealership.Looks more like a new car dealership than a used. I've recommended BBC to several friends who then bought from it also.
We bought our second ride from BBC in two years! I am probably not the typical car buyer. I did a lot research to decide on the car I wanted. Like several months. I know, I certainly obsessed about it. They are close to my work and I kept test driving cars they would have. Their patience with me can't be measured. I'm sure I drove them crazy! I even went to the dark side and test drove cars at, at least 5 other dealerships. None of them. NONE was like what we experience with all the guys at BBC. Pick a part of buying what is probably the second single largest purchase that you have to endure and these guys knock it out of the park at each juncture. They found EXACTLY the car I needed to a tee. Put the financing together with a rate that surprised me and it took zero time to make it happen. Steve Reyes got the car in, got it done and sent me on my way without breaking sweat. He and Jason have been awesome! In this digital age you can shop around on line and figure out what you think you want. Then go drive some to be sure. Then save yourself money, time and frustration and have these guys get you the ride. They totally hooked me up!
I really do not like buying cars. I always feel like the salesman is trying to pressure me into getting something I either don’t need or don’t want. BBC Motorsports was a COMPLETELY different experience. Neal and everyone else were very friendly and helped get me a car I love at a great price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car. The only issue I had was after I had purchased my car. I realized that there was no place to put the license plate on the front bumper. Emailed Neal and was told that they could put one on for me, all I had to do was stop by. Stopped by and was given the run around by another employee saying that they wouldn't put it on because it would "ruin the paint". Said they would order it for me and call me when it came in. Never heard back from them. A while later Neal emailed me to make sure I was taken car of. He had me come in as soon as possible to get the licence plate bracked put on. He had the shop install it for me, and everything is just great! Big thanks to Neal. Make sure to ask for him when you stop by to get your new car!

Not only did they find me the exact car I requested but they even found me "the most car for my money" meaning it had low mileage and LOTS of bells and whistles I didn't even know I Could Get!! And they made sure the car was perfectly clean and new on the inside and had no funky odors which was also very important to me! They truly made buying my new car 100% enjoyable!! I am still pinching myself. I can't believe how easy this transaction was. BBC Motorsports is a dream come true. No stress car buying. I called the number listed in the online ad and spoke to Miles, I told him what I was looking for he pointed me towards the web site so I could look at pictures and details right away. He quoted me an estimate on my car over the phone. Of course, it was just an estimate as he would need to see the condition of the car. I went in and was escorted to the car so I could take it on a test drive. They let me take the car out on my own. I am the kind of buyer who knows exactly what I want and don't appreciate a salesman talking in my ear not stop, so the hands off approach was perfect for me. I ran the car through all the tests I needed and went back and finished the deal. Are you kidding me? Could this be that easy? The price for my trade was more than fair and the purchase was exactly what I expected. Great job BBC Motorsports. We will be returning to purchase more cars as we need them. You can't go wrong with these guys.
Buying a used car is something stressful. As we all know most dealers don’t deliver what they promise in terms of the condition of the car, hidden costs, history, repairs etc. My experience at BBC Motors was exactly the opposite. Since my first contact with Neal Hancock up to me moment I picked up the car and even after to do follow up, all my experience at BBC Motors was very pleasant and rewarding. I am very thankful and I highly recommend them.
If you're in the market for a new vehicle.....LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! ......If you are looking for a vehicle (of any kind) I HIGHLY recommend BBC Motorsports in Dallas!!! It's a 60,000 square foot showroom/warehouse...anyhow, all indoors. I have never EVER had a more positive car buying experience. Everything was on OUR terms....the down payment, the monthly payments....everything! I went online, filled out a really quick and easy credit app...talked to salesman for about 2 minutes on the phone. We were approved and contacted back within the hour! (Our credit is FAR from perfect, btw.) We would not have all of the down payment for about another week, so they put "pending" on the truck and held until we got there, without ever once pressuring or rushing us. We got there after a week passed, everything was ready to rock. In and out in about 30 minutes. Not a vehicle in the entire place look "used" The detail on each car was phenomenal. Very friendly, down to earth people...explained what each number on the contract was, how we could shorten the note...etc.etc. they didn't even go put gas in it until after we were there because they didn't want to get it dirty before we saw it. The salesman that we were using was not going to be there the day we came,but briefed another one on everything,so that there was no confusion,no delay,and I was free to text him at anytime, without feeling like I was bugging him. I know this is a lengthy post,but car buying is a huge dread,I think everyone would agree. So, I wanted to share the very most pleasant car buying experience imaginable!! I left there in a 2011 Armada, that couldn't have felt more like a 2015,if it had been,with more room and a cheaper note than my Challenger. Not one time did they ever try to put me in a different vehicle,and that was HUGE to me!!! The most painful part (for me,because I have much anxiety about Dallas) was picking it up in Dallas. They did also offer to meet us at Lake Fork or Greenville if we weren't able to make it. :) So,there you go! Keep em in mind for the future!

Great car-buying experience. The car (BMW 128i) was listed well under market value and just looked gorgeous so I couldn't resist going for it. Neal helped me lock it in and was very flexible on the financing and money down since I was coming from out of town and wouldn't be able to close on it for a couple days. I flew in and they picked me up first thing in the morning. Let me test drive the car by myself and for as long as I wanted. When I heard a noise in power steering they had their mechanic look at it and get it fixed right up. They also offered me a comprehensive 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty for just $2,000, the same one BMW of Dallas offered me for $3,600. Neal was a great guy despite hating the Seahawks and very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. 10/10 would buy from these guys again. They have an awesome selection of imports and lots of fast, beautiful cars at fantastic prices.
I purchased a pre-owned Porsche Cayenne few weeks ago. This by far has been the best car purchase experience I have ever had, thanks to Randy and Jason for delivering a pleasant experience. Fantastic experience yesterday with the BBC Motorsports crew. The guys have their stuff together. Worked with Neal Hancock, who was great in communicating and organizing the visit. No waiting, vehicle was ready to go, no pressure, the office environment was laid back, vehicle was as advertised. Neal also had the warehouse guys put a hold on the vehicle for me, as I had a 4.5 hour drive up. Paperwork went smooth (longest wait was me on the phone with my bank), even was able to use their computer when my phone connection was slow. As I drove out of Dallas, I realized I had left some items in the old glovebox (my mistake - not rushed) & Neal was able to retrieve. This place is going to get my look the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - it was worth the drive.

Best car buying experience ever! BBC Motorsports is a preferred dealer with USAA Car Buying program and USAA approved our car loan before we showed up. We selected the car while still overseas, came in to see the car in person and was out the door in around 30 minutes! I checked the value of the car on kelley blue book and the selling price was mid-range. No pressure, no typical dealer markups. Just a bunch of honest and pleasant folks. BBC Motorsports will be the first place I look again for a car.

My dealings with Neal Handcock were honest and open. I purchased a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from BBC, and it was a smooth and pleasant transaction (I cannot say that about many of my prior used car buying experiences!). BBC will be the first place I look for a used car when I need one again in the future.

They were very friendly and straight forward with no sales tactics. They allow you to browse their selection without a sales guy hanging on to your leg. We had been to several major dealerships and become very annoyed, especially with the cold calling. The pictures we found on the website accurately showed the vehicle unlike other "big box" car lots. BBC has a vast and beautiful car selection and their prices are about as low as you'll find anywhere. We researched and researched for the car we wanted and their price was extremely reasonable and we did even get to negotiate some. It is a small but friendly place to buy a car and we will definitely be looking their way when we purchase our next vehicle.
Way too easy!....seriously. We were looking for a car for our 16 yr old daughter. I gave Miles my budget (under $10K), and what we were generally looking for. We were amazed by the dealership from the people that work there to the showroom. All of the cars are indoors! Miles had a couple of cars ready for us to drive, and we ended up buying a BMW 325 convertible, and came in under budget!! We will never ever go to another dealership.
Back in the summer of 2010 I decided to trade in my well-loved Lexus RX300 for a 4-door Nissan Altima. BBC Motorsports had exactly what I was looking for! A clean, nice, used, dependable car I could drive back up to Washington, DC (where I lived at the time.) The staff was incredibly professional, easy-going, and helpful every step of the way. A few years later, after sitting in traffic, and numerous failed attempts to parallel park my 4-door car in the District of Columbia, I decided it was time to trade-in for something smaller. I had my heart set on a Mini-Cooper, and BBC Motorsports came through again! They helped me find a wonderful used 2011 2-door Mini. And , it was the most darling' "robin's egg" blue. I fell in love with it. :) It was in perfect condition, and they even arranged to ship it to me. Now that's service! The whole process was flawless, and I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else! BBC Motorsports in the only place in Dallas to go for a great deal with a friendly staff!
Had the opportunity to work with Jason Burr today and he is an honest business owner who did everything he could do meet my buying needs. Needless to say, I was very surprised by his honesty and candor. When it comes time to purchase another car I will be buying from him! I strongly urge anyone in the market of buying a car to consider BBC Motorsports, this is a good operation that does not haggle or hassle their customers. I have been shopping for a vehicle for over a week and dealt with some real characters at a variety of dealerships. I spent more time at a few dealerships than it did for me to close with BBC. These guys are good and will treat you like a human!

He was very informative from my first phone call and read me the Carfax information about the Mercedes ML 320 I ended up buying. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a used base luxury auto or a top of the line luxury auto....this is the place!!

I had a great experience with BBC. I called about one of their used cars they advertised online. They were helpful and made a good offer for their car and my trade in. I drove from Houston to Dallas to check out the car, about 45k miles on it, and I noticed the tire treads were rather low. I mentioned this to Jason and Neal (my main contact) went ahead and gave us a discount for a new set of tires without me having to insist on it. That really made the buying experience great and I would definitely enjoy purchasing from them again!
My husband and I wanted to replace our very old Ford Explorer with another vehicle that was dependable and held its value...and did not cost us a lot. Neal Hancock made it happen. He had a GREAT, VERY low-mileage Jeep that fit our needs. We never felt pressured, or that we were being forced to buy something that did not fit our needs. It was a very relaxed environment, and we did not feel like we had to make a decision on the spot. They are a GREAT group of guys that did everything they could to make us happy. I will definitely buy another car from these guys.
My husband and I had a very specific need for a vehicle that would for our family of nine. Jason at BBC was incredibly helpful and gave us a wonderful deal. The facility is clean, and pleasant to be in, their service was incredibly speedy and we never felt like they were playing games. They even fully serviced the car with new filters, oil change, tire checks and filled it up with gas before delivering it to our house! We will definitely go to BBC for any and all of our car buying needs!
I purchased a vehicle in January 2013. I was very happy with my car buying experience. I did not know you could buy a car from a dealership in less than 30 minutes. NO GAMES. Wes was very helpful. There was no issue with me taking the car to a mechanic before purchase to have it checked out. Very nice salesperson and friendly office staff. I would highly recommend. I have had no previous experience with this company or anyone associated with them.
