What is the BBC Motorsports story?

BBC Motorsports was founded in 2006 by three partners (Burr, Burr, and Courtney) who have collectively worked together in the Automotive Retail and Wholesale business for over 45 years. Surrounding ourselves with great people, we operate in a low overhead environment managing costs and protecting our competitive edge. We are uniquely qualified to offer our customers the best vehicle value in the marketplace. It is a very simple formula. We have a long history in the purchasing side of the business and know what and how to buy. We manage reconditioning costs efficiently. Therefore, we go to market with vehicles priced below what most big box stores can offer. We understand the importance of meeting customer expectations while managing a professional and expedient sales process.

Where is BBC Motorsports located?
1320 Chemical St Suite B, Dallas, Texas 75207
We are located in Dallas Texas, 10 minutes north of downtown Dallas in the newly renovated Dallas Design District. We have conveniently located our business in a neat and clean warehouse facility two blocks west of I-35 (Stemmons Freeway) and the Medical District exit.
What is the source for your inventory?
We have many different sources for the cars and trucks we stock. Vehicles are purchased directly from large franchise dealers, online auctions, factory sales and off lease facilities, area credit unions and banks, and previous customers and referrals. BBC Motorsports is also a certified dealer for the TrueCar and USAA vehicle purchase program. We retail cars with clean titles only. We never retail salvage, rebuilt, reconstructed, insurance claim, flood or other gray market vehicles unless specifically noted.
Do you have all titles on hand for your vehicles?
Texas dealers are required to provide titles for each vehicle sold retail or wholesale under the terms of Texas law. Titles can be in house, in transit, or floored with lender for vehicles that are placed for sale. In transit titles may be from banks, previous owner, other dealerships, out of state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in Texas (# 111136) and guarantee clear titles on all vehicles that we sell. All vehicles registering in Texas are the responsibility of BBC Motorsports. If having title on hand is of critical importance to you, please call to verify its disposition prior to contracting for sale.
How much is Tax, Title, and License (TT&L)?
Texas
Texas Vehicle Sales Tax- 6.25% x (sales price less trade allowance).
Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT)-.002285 x sales price
Registration, title, state inspection, and doc fee- $265.50
Example- $10,000 plus TT&L equals $10,913.35
Out of State
Doc fee-$150.00
VIT-.002285 x sales price
State Inspection- $25.50
Note: Taxes, registration, title, etc paid by buyer according to state regulations where vehicle is to be registered.
How is shipping of the vehicle arranged, can I get a quote?
We are happy to handle all of the details of shipping your new vehicle to its new home. Time frame for delivery varies depending on end location, however most vehicles are delivered within 3 days of posting. Prices are confirmed before vehicles are assigned to transport and all companies contracted are fully insured before we contract them for hire. Shipping costs are very reasonable considering costs of travel and time. A good rule of thumb is $1.00 per mile shipped.  Prices range from $150-$1200 for open carriers. Most TX, OK, AR, and LA deliveries are between $150-$400. Â
Do you offer financing?
BBC Motorsports has great relationships with many lenders and is committed to finding you the perfect lender to suit your finance needs. Ally Bank, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Dealer Services, and DATCU are a few of the banks that assist us in providing great finance options for our customers. BBC Motorsports is also a certified dealer for TrueCar, USAA, PenFed, and Navy Federal Credit Union.
What about vehicle service contracts?
Purchasing a vehicle is a significant investment that is worth protecting. While vehicles today are built better than ever before, there is always the chance of a mechanical breakdown that requires a major repair. Are your vehicles serviced before selling them?
All cars are serviced and professionally cleaned before sale. If there are any mechanical issues noted during our inspection process, they are addressed before the car is sold. Any issues that we elect not to fix are disclosed in full.
Is the vehicle as nice in person as it appears in photos?
Providing 40-50 photos and a thorough description allows customers a chance to make a buying decision from a distance. We know that it is very important that our vehicles must match our customer's perception in order to deliver a great experience.Â
Do you accept trades? Will you buy my car if I don't buy yours?
