The BBC Motorsports group is always trying to find the best value vehicles in the certified pre-owned car segment. We have recently been comparing the BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C300, Audi A4, and the Cadillac ATS. It is our opinion that the content, features, performance and warranty of the Cadillac ATS offers a great opportunity for any individual that is looking for a fun exciting car. In comparing the BMW 3 series and the Cadillac ATS, Car and Driver magazine stated “Identity Theft: BMW’s 3 series is accustomed to impostors, but Cadillac’s new ATS might be the best one yet.”
In reviewing the US News website I compared the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C class, the 2014 Cadillac ATS and the 2014 BMW 3 Series. The overall rating gave the edge to the ATS with an 8.6 rating, the C class Mercedes with an 8.0 rating, BMW 3 Series with an 8.3 and Audi A 4 8.2 rating. Cadillac won three important categories which were safety, reliability, and cost of ownership. That is the heart of the value proposition. We really like all 4 of these vehicle at BBC Motorsports. The design and looks of all four models are distinctive but overall the Cadillac ATS gets the edge.
